Present: Mark McMahon, Sara Ferguson, Rick Barrows, Mary Spata

Guests: Tracy Borst, Donna McMahon

Motion to open Grand List to correct Listers Errors and Omissions

(McMahon/Ferguson) unanimous.

Discussed move of vault contents and scheduled work to be conducted on town vaults. Ms. Borst would prefer vaults continue as two separate spaces rather than join them. Concern about reliability of schedule for work to be completed on September 8 and 9. Contents of vaults need relocating on Saturday, September 6 at 7:00 a.m. Volunteers needed.

Mark McMahon left meeting at 7:45 p.m.

Motion to adjourn at 8:00 p.m. (Barrows/Ferguson) unanimous.
